Drainage Problems
Support for ponding, runoff, erosion, culvert concerns, shoreline conditions, and water movement issues affecting a site.
About Satilla Site Solutions
Satilla Site Solutions was created for the parts of site work that need clear thinking, field awareness, and steady follow-through.
We help clients understand what is happening on site, what needs to happen next, and how to keep the work moving in the right direction.
Experience Behind Satilla
Satilla Site Solutions is built from real-world construction and infrastructure experience, not theory. Beginning in 2014, Corey Barrow worked on projects throughout the United States involving oil and gas transmission pipelines, compressor stations, refinery facilities, third-party inspection services, owner's representative support, utility infrastructure, wastewater treatment facilities, site development, and construction management.
Since 2020, Corey has served in project management and senior project management leadership roles overseeing municipal infrastructure, utility construction, wastewater treatment, and site development projects. His experience includes managing complex contracts, coordinating owners, engineers, contractors, inspectors, and field personnel, and maintaining accountability for project execution, documentation, communication, scheduling, and successful delivery.
In addition to field and project leadership experience, Corey has led project management operations responsible for supporting multiple concurrent projects and client relationships across public and private sectors.
Satilla Site Solutions was created to bring that practical project leadership, field awareness, and infrastructure experience together to help owners, developers, municipalities, contractors, and facility teams solve problems, coordinate resources, and keep projects moving forward.
Company approach
A site problem rarely exists by itself. A drainage issue can affect access. Utility conflicts can slow grading. Poor documentation can create confusion between owners, contractors, engineers, and crews.
Satilla Site Solutions looks at the full picture. We help identify the source of the issue, coordinate the right response, and support the work so the project does not stall on unclear next steps.
Our work is grounded in construction realities: field conditions, access, schedules, utilities, drainage, documentation, communication, and the need to get the job completed correctly.
Client needs
Clients contact Satilla when a site issue needs clear eyes, practical coordination, and documentation that helps the work keep moving.

Practical support for access, grading, drainage, sequencing, site constraints, and field conditions that affect completion.
How we work
Before recommending a path forward, we work to understand what is actually causing the issue. That may mean reviewing the site, looking at drainage, checking access, documenting progress, or talking through the project stage.
Site work depends on communication. Satilla helps connect owners, contractors, developers, municipalities, facility teams, and other project contacts around the information that matters.
The goal is not just activity. The goal is a completed project, a resolved site issue, or a clear next step that moves the work forward.
Many project decisions are made away from the work area, but the important details are often sitting on site. We bridge that gap with observations, documentation, drone mapping, and practical communication.
Coordinated project resources
Satilla Site Solutions maintains relationships with qualified contractors, specialty subcontractors, engineers, surveyors, utility contractors, and construction professionals throughout Georgia and the Southeast.
This network allows us to help assemble the right team for each project's unique requirements while maintaining a single point of coordination, communication, and follow-through for our clients.
Coordination support for grading, access, preparation, earthwork, site constraints, and development-phase field needs.
Support connecting project teams around utility corridors, trenching, access, installation sequencing, conflicts, and documentation needs.
Coordination with appropriate engineering and survey professionals when project conditions require technical review, layout, records, or design input.
Construction-phase support for scheduling pressure points, field coordination, issue tracking, site logistics, and completion-focused follow-through.
Aerial visibility, progress records, current-condition documentation, and project communication support for owners and project teams.
Practical coordination when a project requires specialized field knowledge, trade input, or focused support beyond a single service category.
Standards
Project teams need direct information. We keep communication clear, practical, and tied to what is happening on site.
Open items need owners, next steps, and follow-through. Satilla helps keep attention on the details that affect completion.
Good decisions come from real site conditions, not assumptions. We pay attention to access, drainage, utilities, sequencing, and constraints.
Photos, notes, aerial views, and progress records help project teams understand where things stand and what changed over time.
Bring us the problem, the project stage, and the goal. We will help sort through what is happening and what needs to happen next.
